Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for appointments booked at Dr. Gaurav Kachhawaha Clinic.

1. Patient Cancellation

• To cancel your appointment, you must call the clinic directly at +91 8949672986. Online cancellations are not supported.
• Cancellations made 12 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee, or may be non-refundable, as determined by clinic policy.
• No-Shows: If a patient fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee is strictly non-refundable.

2. Clinic Cancellation & Doctor Unavailability

• In the rare event that the doctor is unavailable due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the clinic will notify the patient as soon as possible.
• The patient will be given the option to reschedule the appointment for the next available slot or opt for a full 100% refund.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

• Failed Payments: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will automatically be refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5-7 working days. No appointment will be confirmed for failed transactions.
• Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same appointment, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and initiate a full refund for the duplicate amount.

4. Refund Processing

• Eligibility: Approved refunds will be processed based on the criteria mentioned above.
• Timeline: Once a refund is approved and initiated by the clinic, it will be processed manually and credited back to your original UPI/bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
• Method: Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) used during the booking. Cash refunds are not provided for online payments.
