These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dr. Gaurav Kachhawaha Clinic website and the appointment booking services provided through it. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment through our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our booking service.

2. Appointment Booking Process

• Patients can browse available doctors and slots on the website.
• An appointment is only considered confirmed once the consultation fee is successfully paid directly via UPI and verified by the clinic.
• Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS and/or WhatsApp.

3. Payment Terms

• Consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
• We accept UPI payments through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all other UPI-enabled apps.

4. Patient Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• You must arrive at the clinic (or log in for tele-consultation, if applicable) at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• The website is for booking routine consultations. In case of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or call emergency services immediately.

5. Doctor & Clinic Responsibilities

• We strive to ensure doctors are available at the scheduled time; however, medical emergencies may cause unforeseen delays or rescheduling.
• The clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. In such events, patients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative slot or a full refund.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your appointment and request a refund, you must call the clinic directly at +91 8949672986. Online cancellations are not supported.
• Patients may request to reschedule their appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges, subject to availability.
• To reschedule, please contact the clinic directly via phone or email.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Gaurav Kachhawaha Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or any delays in the consultation process. Our liability is strictly limited to the consultation fee paid by the patient.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
